The defendant is hereby restrained from selling, transferring, alienating, mortgaging, encumbering or otherwise creating any third-party interest in the suit property, namely the property bearing Plot No. B-152, Block-L, North Nazimabad, Karachi, measuring approximately 410.67 square yards, for a period of six (06) months from the date of this order or till final disposal of the suit, whichever is earlier (4) Application under Order XI Rules 12 and 14 read with Section 151 CPC, seeking discovery and production of documents i.e. death certificate of Mst Seema. Allowed, The defendant is directed to produce before this Court the death certificate of deceased Seema Yasmin, if the same is in his possession within 15 days from the date of this order.
