Cr.Case called. The learned ADPP for the state is present. Accused is already expired. Reports already received from Mukhtiarkar Rev: Ghotki and Chief Municipal Officer Municipal Ghotki that accused has been expired on:26.09.2026. Heard. Order passed and announced in open Court. In view of the reports submitted by the concerned Mukhtiarkar confirming the death of the accused, the continuation of criminal proceedings against the deceased accused is no longer warranted. Accordingly, the criminal proceedings against accused Asif S/o Muhammad Yameen by caste Malik are hereby abated on account of his/her death. Since the accused was present on bail his bail bond stand cancelled and surety is discharged. The case file be consigned to the record room after completion of all necessary formalities. |
