The case is set for the recording of evidence from the complainant and her witnesses. Mr. Burdi has presented a certified copy of the order dated 16-09-2025 from Cr. Transfer Application No.S-41/2025, filed in the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad, on behalf of Noor Hassan, requesting a transfer of the case and seeking an adjournment. The complainant's counsel objected, stating that the accused's earlier Cr. Transfer Application No.S-38/2025 was dismissed by the Honourable High Court on 21-07-2025, arguing that the new transfer application is merely a tactic to delay proceedings. Additionally, the complainant's counsel filed a request for the accused to provide a copy of the new transfer application so that a response could be submitted to the Honourable High Court. This request was brought to the attention of the accused's counsel, who endorsed that he had not received a copy from his client, thus unable to provide it to the complainant's counsel. Given that the accused's transfer application is still pending before the Honourable High Court, with a hearing scheduled for 07-10-2025, the case is adjourned until 15-10-2025 at 8:30 am for further proceedings.
