However, the petitioner (plaintiff in consolidated suit) shall not seek unnecessary adjournments and shall fully cooperate with the trial court. The respondents/ plaintiff (leading suit) shall also not delay the matter on any ground. In view of aforesaid position and compliance of said order, plaintiff Abdul Razzaque in consolidated suit is directed to file amended plaint within seven days. The defendants / plaintiff in leading suit are at liberty to file amended written statement if so desired.
