Family suit called Plaintiff and defendant are present along with their respective learned counsel Defendant filed the W.S in suit NO 350/2026 Counsel for the plaintiff filed the statement for conduction of pre trial today same is noticed to the other side and other side extended no objection on the statement of plaintiff side Let the matter be fixed for pre trial at about 1200hours, Today, both the family suits NO. 303 & 350 of 2026 were taken up together as both matters were fixed for pre-trial proceedings. The counsel for the both sides and parties are same, in order to save the time of parties and court Let the both suits be consolidated. Plaintiff/Defendant Mst Maria has stated that the defendant/plaintiff's mother and sisters are interfering the life of plaintiff/Defendant and she feels insecure at the house of defendant/plaintiff The defendant/plaintiff/Abdul Jabbar appeared before the Court and expressed his willingness to take the Mst Maria with him and categorically stated that he is ready and willing to fulfil all reasonable demands of the plaintiff/defendant/Mst Maria and to provide her due rights, separate home, maintain her in separate house and to provide necessities, no one from defendant/plaintiff family will interfere in the matter of plaintiff/defendant, with the objection to create harmony between the parties. The Court made efforts to bring about reconciliation between the parties and explained to the plaintiff/defendant the possibility of settlement and resumption of matrimonial life in court as well as court has also took efforts to reach at reconciliation the pre trial is also conducted in the chamber. However, the plaintiff/Defendant, despite the willingness expressed by the defendant/Plaintiff to fulfil her demands and resume matrimonial life, flatly refused to accompany the defendant/plaintiff and stated before the Court that she feels insecure at the house of the defendant and, therefore, she is not willing to go with him. In view of the categorical refusal of the plaintiff and her expressed apprehension regarding her security at the matrimonial home, no reconciliation could be effected between the parties at this stage. The Court has made earnest efforts for settlement between the parties; however, the same have remained unsuccessful due to the refusal of the plaintiff/Defendant with the defendant/plaintiff. Pre trial declared as failed and consolidated Issue be framed The matter is, therefore, adjourned to 05.10.2026 for further filling of consolidated affidavit in evidence from defendant side |
