Suit called, The learned junior counsel for the plaintiff and learned counsel for the intervener / defendant are present. The defendant no. 04 has submitted the WS. order passed thereon. Copy to other side. The perusal of the record shows that the learned counsel for the intervener has filed the application under order XXXIX Rule 4 of CPC for the cancellation of status quo of dated: 15-12-2025 but the plaintiff side has failed to file their objections on said application as well as on other applications. Meanwhile, the status quo already granted of order dated: 15-12-2025 is also hereby extended till next date of hearing. Further, the detail order will be passed on the all pending applications after hearing of both parties with last and final chance. Matter is now fixed on 04-02-2026 for filing of amended title of the plaint so also further proceeding of the case and hearing as well as orders on all pending applications and filing of objections with last and final chance. |

The learned counsel for the intervener also filed an application under order 1 Rule X of CPC in CMA No. 02/2026, Heard the arguments and order passed on separate sheet. The application of the intervener under order 1 Rule 10 of CPC is hereby allowed and the intervener Muhammad Umar is added as defendant in this case.
