Today Compromise applications under sections 345(2) and 345(6) Cr.P.C on behalf of accused Sarfraz and Waseem is fixed for hearing and reports. LRs Reports are received from concerned SHO, UC, Mukhtiarkar and NADRA which are kept on record. Mr Suhendar Kumar advocate submitted statement to produce copy of newspaper which is kept on record. LRs of deceased are present and their statements recorded. Heard. Order passed and announced in open Court. The application u/s 345(2) Cr.P.C is allowed and compromise arrived between the parties accepted resultantly accused Sarfraz and Waseem are acquitted under section 345(6) Cr.P.C. They are produced in custody and sent back to custody with direction to release them forthwith if not required in other case. |
