Case called. Both accused persons namely Nazeer and Akbar are present on bail. Learned ADPP is present. Learned defense counsel is called absent. Today case is fixed for Charge. Charge framed against both accused persons at Exh.02, their plea were also recorded at Exh.02/A & Exh.02/B respectively, in which they are pleaded not guilty and claim for trial.
