Criminal bail application is called. Learned counsel for accused is present. ADPP for the state is present. Order passed and announced in open Court. Bail application of accused namely Toufeeq Ahmed and Inamullah is granted subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- in words rupees thirty thousands and P.R bond in the like amount. One applicant/surety namely Ahsan Ahmed son of Noor Muhammad by caste Jatoi appeared and submitted an affidavit along with original surety bonds of Rs. 60,000/- in words sixty thousands rupees and copy of his CNIC for stood surety of both accused. Order on it. Provisionally surety accepted. Call verification report. Issue release writ to the concerned jail. |
