However, his prayer for visitation rights is allowed subject to compliance with the conditions that, The applicant shall first deposit/pay the outstanding decretal maintenance amount of Rs.189,060/-, or such amount as may be found payable under the orders of the competent Family Court/Execution Court, Upon production of satisfactory proof of such payment before this Court, the applicant shall become entitled to meet the minors on the first and third Saturday of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Court premises, The applicant shall also pay Rs.1,000/- per meeting towards the travelling expenses of the minors at the time of each visitation, Until compliance with the aforesaid conditions, the present order granting visitation rights shall remain in abeyance, Upon compliance by the applicant, the opponent shall produce both minors before this Court on the scheduled dates and shall not create any hindrance in facilitating the meetings between the applicant and the minors. The applicant shall not remove the minors from the Court premises without prior permission of the Court, nor shall he attempt to influence, intimidate or emotionally pressure the minors during such meetings.
