Family Execution is called. Decree holder is called absent her counsel is present. Defendant and his counsel are called absent. Matter was fixed for the Filling of the objection since last six date of hearings, but Judgment /Debtor failed to file objections. Hence he is debared from filling objection at Ex-10. Heard the counsel of the decree/holder and allowed the instant application. Issue notice to the judgment debtor for the complaince of said dectee. Application is allowed disposed off accordingly.
