Bail appliction U/S 498 Cr.P.C of applicants/accused Masroor Ahmed and Mehfooz Ahmed both sons of Nisar Ali, received by way of transfer from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Shikarpur for disposal according to law vide letter No. CR/16/2026, dated 01-10-2026. Applicants accused are present. Interim bail before already passed by I/C Honourable Sessions Judge, Shikarpur. Required surety have been furnished by the accused Masroor Ahmed and Mehfooz Ahmed. One Muzafar Ali s/o Nisar Ahmed by caste Abro R/O H.No;17/19 Bhanbhra Muhalla Shikarpur, Taluka and District Shikarpur, is present and filed affidavit along with original documents ( Card ) of motorcycle Honda Model 2021 bearing registration No. SNA-5309, for standing surety of accused Masroor Ahmed and Mehfooz Ahmed. Order passed on affidavit of surety. On S.A before me provisionally surety is accepted subject to verification. Accused are directed to attend. |
