Case called. Learned ADPP is present. Accused Dhani Bux@Dhanoo is produced in custody by jail authority District Prison Shikarpur, through online video link proceedings. While remaining accused are still absconders and not yet served. Process viz.proclamation u/s 87, Cr.P.C issued against absconding accused persons received by this Court from SHO concerned with the compliance of the Court directions. In this respect, statement of ASI Arbab Ali recorded at Ext.2. He produce its annexure at Ext.2/A to 2/F respectively. Report of proclamation warrant u/s 88, Cr.P.C also received by this Court from Mukhtiarkar concerned. Order on it. File, such report kept on record at Ext.3. In view of statement of process server and report submitted by concerned Mukhtiarkar, the absconding accused persons are hereby declared as proclaimed offenders. Case put off to:24-02-2026, for supplying of necessary case papers to accused Dhani Bux@Dhanoo. Accused Dhani Bux@Dhanoo remanded back to concerned J/A with directions to be produced him before the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot on the date of hearing, through online video link proceedings. Since, sections 324,399 & 402 PPC are exclusively triable by the court of Honourable Sessions, therefore, R & Ps of instant case be submitted to Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot, accordingly. |
