Statement of process server/SIP Muhammad Raheem Dahri is recorded at Exh.02, he produced the un-executed u/s 87 Cr.P.C. alongwith endorsement at Exh.02/A & Exh.02/B, publication at Exh.02/C, memo of publication at Exh.02/D, respectively. Order passed on it. Accused Achar and Mir Khan are hereby declared as proclaimed offenders. Report of proclamation u/s 88 Cr.P.C. against the absconders accused is received from the Mukhtiarkar Revenue Taluka, Saeedabad at Exh.03. Order passed on it. The offence u/s 397 PPC is exclusively triable by the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Let the R & Ps be submitted to the Honourable Sessions Judge Matiari.
