In light of the Circular issued by the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi vide reference No. RHC/Gaz/Circular dated 11.03.2026, whereby the District & Sessions Courts of Sindh shall observe a five-days working week (Monday to Friday), and Fridays are reserved for urgent matters only; Today being Friday, the matter is not taken up for regular hearing. The case is hereby adjourned to 13.04.2026 for the same purpose in light of the above referred circular. |
