Case called. Accused are absconder. Record shows that on.22.6.2025 SHO sent his reply to show cause notice which was fixed for hearing on 17.6.2025 and then today (27.6.2025). Neither the SHO appeared nor any intimation is received regarding his absence. The reply shows that NBWs were issued against accused persons with specific directions to SHO that he himself shall execute the NBWs; however the same were entrusted to ASI Muhammad Ayoob Leghari; but he failed to arrest the accused persons. Thereafter show cause notice u/s 174/175 PPC was issued against the SHO on 22.5.2025 but he chosen not to appear, rather sent his reply through ASI Sudhayo Khan Shar on 22.5.2025 which was fixed for the hearing on 17.6.2025 and neither on last date nor today SHO appeared in person. Let the report against SHO PS.Daharki be issued to SSP Ghotki with directions to SHO to conduct the raids and produce the absconding accused persons without fail. It is to clearify that the show cause notice and his reply are pending and the same shall be decided on next date of hearing, when the SHO PS.Daharki shall be in attendance without fail.
