Accused Ghulam Asghar Shaikh and Majid Ali Shah are convicted in terms of section 245(ii) Cr.P.C as under: ???Accused Ghulam Asgahr Shaikh is convicted for the offence u/s 9-CNSA and sentenced to life imprisonment R.I and fine of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Only) in case of nonpayment he will suffer S.I for 1 year more. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to accused Ghulam Asghar Shaikh in respect of sentence awarded to him for the period which he has already remained in jail???. ???Accused Majid Ali Shah is convicted for the offence u/s 9-C CNSA r/w section 14 CNSA and sentenced him to life imprisonment R.I and fine of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Only) in case of nonpayment of fine he will suffer S.I for one year more???. Fine not paid by the both accused. Copy of Judgment supplied to accused free of cost and such receipt obtained from them at Ex.12. Accused Majid Ali Shah is present on bail, his bail bond stands cancelled and surety discharged, he is taken into custody and remanded to CP Larkana along with conviction warrant and slip to serve out the sentence awarded to him by this Court, while accused Ghulam Asgahr Shaikh is produced in custody sent back to custody along with conviction warrant and slip to serve out the sentence awarded to him by this Court.
