Case called. Accused persons namely Manzar, Badar Khan, Baboo, Siddique, Siraj, Ramzan, Laloo and Shahmeer are present on bail, accused Sikandar is called absent, his condonation application submitted by learned defense counsel. Order passed on it. Condoned. Accused Aijaz is called absent without any intimation, while accused Eidan is shown as absconder. Learned ADPP and learned defense counsels are called present. Today case is fixed for Service. Process/NBW against absconder accused was returned un-served, same is extended and handed over to process server. Case is adjourned in the interest of Justice.
