Shua Sargani, her statement recorded whereby she wants to go with her brother Kamran Ali. Heard and perused. Order passed and announced in open Court. The hand/custody of detainee is restored to his brother Kamran Ali subject to furnishing of PR bond in the sum of Rs.400,000/- The required PR bond furnished, which is accepted. |
