This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Asad Ali Buledi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Aziz @ Abdul Aziz son of Shaman, 02-Shaman, 03-Saddar @ Saddaruddin both sons of Hyder @ Ghulam Hyer, 04-Suhail @ Suhail Ahmed son of Shabir @ Ghulam Shabir all by caste Khaskheli, in Crime No.28/2026 of PP Lalu Raunk PS Waggan for offence U/S 440,403,427,337-Ai,Fi,147,148 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 18.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused 01-Aziz @ Abdul Aziz, 02-Saddar @ Saddaruddin have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. While applicants/accused 01-Shaman, 02-Suhail @ Suhail Ahmed have failed to furnish the required surety. |
