Judgement passed and announced in open Court at Ex.15 that accused Ali Bux Mirani, Zameer Mirani, Naveed Ahmed Mirani, Aamir Malik and Qasim @ Ghulam Qasim @ Lili Shaikh are acquitted u/s 265 H(i) Cr.PC. Accused ameer Mirani, Naveed Ahmed Mirani, Aamir Malik and Qasim @ Ghulam Qasim @ Lili Shaikh are produced in custody through video link, such acquittal intimation be issued immediately with direction to jail authorities to release the said accused from custody forthwith in this case only and if they are not required in any other case. While accused Ali Bux is present on bail, his bail bonds stand cancelled and surety is discharged. Case against absconding accused Ali Hyder @ Liboo be kept on dormant file till his arrest or surrender before the Court. |
