Complainant is present without his lenared lenared counsel. Mr. Qadeer Ali Khero, Advocate is present and filed power on behalf of accused Ghulam Mustafa, which is taken on record. Process viz. B.Ws returned un-served and same is again entrusted to process server after extending the next date of hearing. One Nadir Hussain Shah s/o Mehdi Shah by caste Syed appeared and submitted affidavit alongwith three original Special saving Certificates of Rs.10000/- each bearing No.GJ891764, GJ891765 and GJ891766 of total amounting Rs.300000/- (Thirty thousand rupees), PS copy of CNIC and he wants to stand surety for present applicant/accused Ghulam Mustafa.
