Today learned Presiding Officer is on C/Leave. R & Ps of instant Crl.B.B.A u/s 498, Cr.P.C received by this Court from Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. The matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. Applicant/accused Khabar Khan Sabzoi is present on interim pre-arrest bail. Mr.Gahi Khan Bangwar, learned ADPP for the State is present.
