This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Zamir Hussain Solangi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ashraf Ali @ Ashraf @ Mukhtiar @ Bogro son of Punhal, 02-Wali Dad @ Altaf son of Allah Dad, 03-Mazhar @ Mazhar Ali, 04-Aijaz @ Aijaz Ali both sons of Saifal all by caste Devro, in Crime No.27/2026 of PP Lalu Raunk PS Waggan for offence U/S 324,114,34,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 16.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
