Crl.B.A u/s 497, Cr.P.C of applicant/accused Shoukat Jakhrani is called. Mr.Aijaz Ahmed Bangwar, learned advocate for applicant/accused is present. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, learned ADPP for the State is present. Legal heirs of the deceased Soomar Khan (the father of deceased), Mst.Haseena Khatoon (the mother of deceased) and Sahab Khan (the brother of deceased) voluntarily appeared before this Court and filed their no objection affidavits and stated that they have got no objection, if present applicant/accused may be admitted to post-arrest bail, however, they further stated that their real culprit is Barkat Ali.
