Since, the only final charge sheet has been submitted but no any order passed thereupon has been submitted, therefore, let the case be kept on dormant with direction to Investigation Officer to submit order upon so submitted final charge sheet. It is observed that accused are also at liberty to submit order passed on charge sheet submitted before the Hon???ble ATC Administrative Court. Order accordingly. |
