It is noted that vide order dated 06-05-2025, the challan was returned to the Investigation Officer with direction to submit the same before the competent Court having jurisdiction along with original record and proceedings, without delay. Office was also directed to call the I.O. to collect the record and proceedings. Thereafter, the concerned I.O received the challan along with original R&P. 2. The matter remained fixed for the compliance for several dates and today the SSP Investigation West Zone-II, Karachi sent a report wherein it has been stated that in compliance the final charge sheet has been submitted before the Hon???ble ATC Administrative Court through P.G Office, such letter also attached with copy of final charge sheet. 3.
