From the perusal of record, it appears that the service upon defendant No. 1 to 12 was held good vide order dated: 10.03.2026, thereafter defendant No. 01 to 06 appeared and submitted written statement on 20.04.2026. From the perusal of further case diaries it appears that the service upon defendant No. 07 to 12 (official defendants) was held good on 10.03.2026 and since then matter is fixed for filing of their written statement. Today matter is fixed for filing of written statement from defendant No. 7 to 12, despite repeated calls till last hours of the court they remained absent.
