Accused is entitled for the benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C for the period which he remained in jail custody. Accused produced by jail authority. He remanded back to jail authorities to serve out the above sentence alongwith conviction warrant. However; case against co-accused Ammad son of Mazhar Jawaid be proceeded in accordance with law. Case is fixed on 15.01.2026 for evidence and issue process to witnesses |
