The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Saddam Hussain Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Asif Ali @ Muhammad Asif, 02-Kashif @ Kashif Ali both sons of Muhammad Shareef, 03-Ahmed Khan son of Muhammad Waris all by caste Magsi, in Crime No.14/2026 of PS Bahram for offence U/S 452,337-vi,504,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
