Criminal Misc: application U/S 516-A CR.P.C called. Applicant and his counsel are present. ADPP for the state also present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced in open court. I am inclined to grant application subject to deposit of original documents of Car in question as surety then applicant will be entitled to take the custody of the Car in question and he is directed not to change the colour of Car in question and specification or transfer it to any other person by means of sell etc till disposal of the case and he is further directed to produce the same as and when required by the court, this application is hereby allowed. |
