Matter called. Plaintiff and her learned counsel appeared in the morning. Learned counsel for the plaintiff advanced arguments on his application thereafter learned counsel for defendant No.01 appeared and extended his no objection subject to imposing cost to plaintiff. Learned counsel for defendants No.02 failed to appear. None appeared from defendants No.03 and 04. Virtue of aforesaid position and despite of clear cut directions on previous dates learned counsel for defendant No.03 and remaining defendants failed to appear and proceed with the matter.
