Cr. Complaint called. None appeared for the complainant as well as the accused Fayaz, however, accused Riaz is present on bail. It appears from the record that the application in respect of error in mentioning the survey number is pending whereby the complainant has sought that instead of S. No. 577 in the charge framed by this court wrong S. No. as 377 has been incorporated since the same error has been in the complaint. The record affirms that earlier this court called report from the Mukhtiarkar Kotdiji who has affirmed the ownership of complainant in respect of 0-4 paisa share in 5-01 acres situated in S. No. 577 in the name of the complainant. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Issue notice for the appearance of the accused Fayaz who is on bail.
