Post arrest bail application U/S 497-Cr.P.C called. Counsel for accused and ADPP for the state are present and their arguments heard. Order passed announced in open court. The post arrest bail application of accused Saleem is granted in the sum of Rs.10,000/-with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely namely Latif Dino is present and submitted affidavit/surety of accused Saleem along with documents of Motorcycle No. KRC-7435. Order passed on it. Issue release writ of accused Saleem to Incharge Judicial Lockup Mirwah. Matter already fixed on. 26.12.2205 for final challan. |
