Sessions case No.290/2023 called. UTPs/accused. Shabir @ Ghulam Shabir, 02.Ali Gul, 03.Basheer @ Ghulam Bashir, 04.Wahid Bux and 05.Ali Dino are produced in custody from Central Prison & Correctional Facility Larkana. The accused Bashir @ Ghulam Bhabir Junejo is convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C. for offence punishable u/s 302-PPC R/W 149-PPC and sentenced to death as Tazir on two counts for the murder deceased Raza Muhammad and Abdul Raheem. He is ordered to be hanged by his neck till he is dead subject to confirmation of the Honourable High Court of Sindh circuit Court larkana. The accused is also directed to pay compensation of RS.20,00,000/- (Twenty Lacs) each to the legal heirs both of the deceased, as provided u/s 544-A Cr.P.C. and in case of default the payment of compensation shall be recovered from his as arrears of the land revenue. Accused Bashir @ Ghulam Bashir is also convicted for an offence punishable u/s 324-PPC R/W section 149-PPC and sentenced to suffer imprisonment (R.I.) for ten years, for causing firearm injuries to the injured eye witness namely Musahab with directions to pay the fine amount of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees. One Lac) in case of failure thereto he shall suffer further S.I. for six months more. Accused Bashir @ Ghulam Bashir is convicted u/s 337-F(iii) R/W section 149-PPC and sentenced to suffer R.I. for three years as Tazir for causing injuries to the injured complainant's brother Musahab and to pay the daman amount of Rs.30,000/- to the injured Musahab and in case of failure in payment of the Daman amount he shall suffer further S.I. for two months more. Accused Bashir @ Ghulam Bashir is also convicted for the offence u/s 337-H(ii) PPC R/W section 149-PPC and sentenced to suffer S.I. for three months and to pay the fine of Rs.5000/- (Rupees. Five Thousand) and in case of default thereto he shall suffer S.I. for one month more. Accused Bashir @ Ghulam Bashir is also convicted for an offence u/s 148-PPC R/W section 1498-PPC and sentenced to suffer R.I. for two years and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees. Ten Thousand) and in case of failure thereto he shall suffer further S.I. for one month more. Accused Bashir @ Ghulam Bashir is produced in custody from Central prison and correctional Facility Larkana with conviction warrant and slip to serve out the aforesaid sentences awarded to him in accordance with law. while accused Shabir @ Ghulam Shabir , Ali Gul, Wahid Bux and Ali Dino are acquitted under section 265-H(i) Cr.P.C.
