At this stage of the proceedings, the case was duly called. Accused Owais, Ibad and Fawad, all were present on bail however, on the other hand, there were no PWs in attendance. The perusal of file reveals that there was an application for inserting the section 397, PPC was filed by the learned Counsel for Complainant thus, notice was extended to the learned ADPP for State as well as to the learned Counsel for accused.
