Received criminal Misc; application u/s 491 Cr.PC from the court of Honourable District & Sessions Judge Ghotki, for disposal according to law. Mis;c application called. Applicant and his counsel are present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced in open court. Cr.M.A in hand which was filed in terms of section 491 Cr.P.C seeking release of alleged detenue Ghulam Mustafa is hereby dismissed being in-fructuous for legal justification that per police report the alleged detenue has been joined in investigation as an accused in FIR Crime No.365/2024 U/S 381-A PPC at the disclosure of complainant in accordance with law. Report has been taken on record and copy therefore also supplied to the counsel for applicant who did not controvert it. |
