Case called. Accused Nadeem, Javed Ali and Sadoro are produced through video-link by jail authority viz. Central Prison, Hyderabad, while remaining accused Shan and Shabir are shown as absconders. Leared ADPP is present. Today case is fixed for Service. Process viz. NBW against absconders accused was returned un-served by process server, his Statement on oath has been recorded at Exh.01. He produced the un-executed NBW with endorsement and statements of two witnesses namely Muhammad Hassan and Shahzad alongwith their CNICs at Exh.01/A to Exh.01/E respectively. Order passed on it. The above named accused are hereby declared as absconders. Proceedings against the absconders accused shall be initiated in accordance with section 87 & 88 Cr.P.C simultaneously. To come up on 10.12.2025 for Service. Accused are remanded to jail custody. Issue proclamation U/S 87 and 88 Cr.P.C against absconders accused without fail. |
