Order passed on separate sheet, as per order the prayer clause ???A??? is hereby declined the SHO is directed to provide legal protection to the petitioner according to law, the such protection will not save her from any illegal activity. It is pertinent to mention here that as per report of inquiry officer due to the conduct of petitioner the Honorable High Court of Sindh has already imposed ban upon her for entering into the premises of Hon???ble High court of Sindh unnecessary. It appears that there is allegation against the petitioner that she used to visit PS Preedy unnecessary and remained in the premises of PS Preedy and even used to sit on the seat of duty officer and used to deal with the public appearing at the Police Station illegally. ??It is therefore the petitioner is directed not to visit Police Station Preedy in any matter except her own personal matter. During the course of argument the petitioner claimed that she used to help poor litigants in their matter before subordinate courts in lieu of stationary/typing charges etc. It is admitted fact that petitioner is not a practicing lawyer therefore she is not entitled to charge stationary or typing charges from the poor litigants or for to represent them in any court. It is therefore the petitioner is also directed not to appear in any court of District South in any matter of others on behalf of any party beyond the law except in her own personal case. The petition is disposed of accordingly. |
