The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Niaz Ali Memon advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Nadar Ali son of Ali Nawaz, 02-Zameer Hussain son of Moula Bux Brohi, in Crime No.04/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 337-Fi,504,452,147,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 16.03.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Zameer Hussain has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Nadar Ali Brohi has not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
