Applicants Fayaz Ali, Aijaz Ali and Kamran Ali all by caste Panhwar and their learned counsel Mr. Asad Ali Chandio are called absent without intimation, which shows that they have lost their interest and are trying to vest precious time of the court. It is a renon maxim law that the delay in justice is denied justice and even law also favours vigilance but not the indolent, hence in the interest of justice application in hand stands dismissed for non-prosecution. |
