Perusal of the case diary reflects that since 15-07-2025 up to today, the matter has repeatedly been fixed for service of summons, however, on each and every date, the process cost was not paid, despite granting numerous opportunities, many of which were expressly recorded as ???last and final chances???, including dates 01-09-2025, 20-09-2025, 07-10-2025, 23-10-2025, 08-11-2025, 25-11-2025, 16-12-2025, and today 12-01-2026.
