In compliance of Officer Order/letter No.9669/26 dated 05.09.2026 issued by Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot R & Ps of instant Crl. B.A U/s 497 Cr.P.C of accused Mohammad Ramzan Chachar received from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. Matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. Learned ADPP for the State and Mr. Habibullah Chachar advocate for the accused are present. Counsel for the applicant has filed statement stating therein that accused is no more required for further investigation. Arguments heard from both the sides. Order announced in open court. Bail is granted to accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount. |
