Case called. Accused Sulleman @ Sillu and Muhammad Hassan Wangai are present on bail. ADPP and DC are present. Process viz. SS returned back. Complainant SIP Nadir Ali Gorar is present and his evidences recorded at Ex. 03 in which he produced documents at Ex. 03/A to 03/D. Despite of repeated calls and issuance of processes other witnesses are called absent, therefore the side of prosecution evidence is hereby closed suo moto at Ex. 04. Statement of accused u/s 342 Cr.PC recorded at Ex. 05, & 06. Heard arguments from both the sides. Judgment passed at Ex. 07 and announced in open court, accused persons named above are present on bail and acquitted u/s 245-I Cr.P.C, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties discharged. |
