FIR called.ADPP is present.SHO PS Yaro lund sent summary under C class.Complainant is present and filed application.order on it. Perused the material.order passed and announced in open court. Upon close Scanning of entire of police paper, I am of the humble opinion that this is fit case for disposal under ???C??? Class. Thus final report is here by approved under ???C??? Class. Since FIR is disposed of so the accused persons are hereby discharged so also their surety, if any. Let the police papers be returned to investigation officer/concerned police station along with order for keeping the same in relevant record. |
