Mr. Jawaid Ahmed Golo advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Rahib Khan. Order. Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by the DDPP for the state and same application brought on record at Ex.23. Arguments heard from both sides on the application. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.24 that accused Rahib Khan son of Shabir @ Sher Baig by caste Sabzoi is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. The accused is present on bail, therefore, his bail bond stand cancelled and surety is discharged. |
