After hearing final order is passed directing the respondent No.1 and 4 (Mayor Nawabshah and Chairman HM Khoja Town) are hereby directed to get installation of pumping station at vicinity for sucking sewerage water so that the nuisance complained for be removed permanently. Especially the respondent No.1 is directed to release funds or arrange the funds for such pumping station. Conditional order dated 14-07-2025 is made absolute by striking name of respondent 9 (general councilor) and adding respondent No.1 (Mayor). Let the order be communicated to the respondents. In case of disobedience, they will be liable to the penalty provided by section 188 PPC. Put off to 22-11-2025 for compliance. |
