Matter called. Applicant present in person and filed application under section 476 Crpc read with section 193 and 195 PPC. Mr. Shah Imroz Khan Advocate appeared and filed vakalatnama on behalf of accused persons and filed statement along with annexures of Civil Suit No.56 of 2026 filed in the court of second Civil Judge Karachi West against the applicant/defendant Bakhtiar Ali son of Sher Ali and others. The applicant/complainant refused to receive the copy of statement of counsel of respondent/accused persons along with photocopy of plaint of civil suit No.56 of 2026 and further stated that he will receive the copy from the concerned civil court. Learned DDPP request to reference the matter as first criminal Mis.
