Case called, Accused Wajid Ali is produced by the jail authority. Co-accused person namely Raja Sher Dil is present on bail along with his counsel. Co-accused Majid is called absent and his counsel filed an application u/s 540-A Cr.P.C. for the condonation of his absence of the proceeding of the case in absence of accused Majid, same is hereby allowed. Learned ADPP for the state and learned counsel for the complainant are present. The learned counsel for the complainant has filed the adjournment application in which attached the medical certificate of teh Dr. Virjis Clinic same was issued by the Doctor Naozar Virji same are kept on record and order passed thereon. Allowed and same order as mentioned here. The perusal of the record shows that the other witnesses remained absent without any intimation. Call Verification from the concerned Medical Officer through the SHO of the P.S. and the call the medical officer in person who has issued such medical certificate in order to ascertain the genuineness of such certificate. On next date of hearing in case of the absence of the private PWs the official PWs will be examined as per law. The perusal of the contents of the interim charge sheet shows that there are total 08 PWs in the calendar of witnesses but only one private PW / Mst. Saima Ahsan-ul-Haq is mentioned. The case will be proceeded on day by day basis. The police has submitted the call report on the application u/s 516-A Cr.P.C. same is kept on record. Heard the arguments on the application u/s 516-A Cr.P.C. from the learned counsel for the applicant / accused. Matter is now fixed on 16-02-2026 for Evidence. Issue summons against the all PWs through the SHO of P.S. Sahil. Issue NBW against the all official PWs through DIG South and SDPO Darakhshan . Present Accused Raja Sher Dil is directed to attend. Accused Wajid Ali is remanded back to Jail. |

Co-accused Majid is called absent and his counsel filed an application for the condonation of absence of accused same is hereby allowed. The learned counsel for the accused also filed the application u/s 540-A Cr.P.C. for proceeding of the case in absence of absent accused through the presence of his counsel. The same application is also hereby allowed in the interest of justice. Learned ADPP for the state and learned counsel for the complainant are present. The learned counsel for the complainant stated that the complainant is not feeling well and she is old age lady. PWs are called absent without any intimation. Matter is now fixed on 04-02-2026 for Evidence. Issue summons against the all PWs through the SHO of P.S. Sahil. Issue letter to the I.O. for production of police file and report on 516-A Cr.P.c. filed by the accused Majid Ali through his counsel. Present Accused Raja Sher Dil is directed to attend.
