In compliance of Officer Order/letter No.9669/26 dated 05.09.2026 issued by Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot R & Ps of instant Crl. B.A U/s 497 Cr.P.C of accused Haider Ali received from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. Matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. Learned ADPP for the State is present.
