The Advocate for Plaintiff further submitted that despite of service of notices and summonses issued by the Court the Defendants are bent upon to dispossess the Plaintiff from suit property before appearing in the Court and filing their written statement. He further submits that at yesterday the Defendants alongwith certain police officials and machinery reached at the spot and tried to forcefully dispossess the Plaintiff/Widow and demolished the suit property until intervene by the mohallah people. The Advocate for Plaintiff therefore, request to grant the status quo till next date of hearing/order on main application under Order XXXIX rule 1 & 2 CPC also pending on file.
