He further submits that at yesterday the Defendants alongwith certain police officials and machinery reached at the spot and tried to forcefully dispossess the Plaintiff/Widow and demolished the suit property until intervene by the mohallah people. The Advocate for Plaintiff therefore, request to grant the status quo till next date of hearing/order on main application under Order XXXIX rule 1 & 2 CPC also pending on file.
